when shopping can you barter in mexico and other spanish speaking countries? like in america normally in a store the price is set and you cant make it lower but in thiland you can barter with everyone over anything.
ReplyDeleteMost definitely! I think that's what makes shopping fun bartering for the price. It's almost a shame, because the prices are pretty reasonable and in some cases cheap.
